We will start by focusing on your story, giving you the space to share your unique experiences and goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I will also gather some clinical background to make sure my approach is truly the best match for your specific needs. Most importantly, we will spend time exploring together—so if you aren’t quite sure what you need yet, please don’t worry. We will navigate those unknowns as a team, figuring out the best path forward one step at a time.
